Lunchbox Hub is a meal tracking service that provides parents and guardians with real-time visibility into their child’s school meal preparation and delivery status. The Service allows you to:
– Track meal status from production through delivery
– Receive real-time notifications about meal status updates
– View meal history and delivery timelines
– Manage child profiles and dietary information
– Access meal tracking information through mobile applications and web interfaces
The Service is provided by Lunchbox Hub and is intended for use by parents, guardians, and authorized staff members of participating schools.

## 3. Eligibility and Account Registration
### 3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. If you are registering on behalf of a child, you must be the parent or legal guardian of that child.
### 3.2 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
– Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
– Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
– Maintain the security of your account credentials
– Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
– Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
### 3.3 Account Types
– **Parent Accounts**: For parents and guardians to track their children’s meals
– **Staff Accounts**: For authorized Lunchbox Hub staff members to manage meal statuses
### 3.4 Account Security
You are responsible for:
– Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
– All activities that occur under your account
– Logging out of your account when using shared devices
– Notifying us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access

## 4. Parent Accounts and Child Profiles
### 4.1 Child Profile Management
As a parent or guardian, you may:
– Create and manage profiles for up to 5 children per account
– Add, edit, and archive child profiles
– Provide dietary restrictions and allergy information
– Upload profile photos (optional)
### 4.2 Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide accurate information about your children
– Keep child profile information up to date
– Ensure you have the legal authority to create profiles for the children listed
– Notify us immediately if a child is no longer under your care or guardianship
### 4.3 Child Data Protection
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws regarding children’s data. By creating a child profile, you consent to our collection and use of that child’s information as described in our Privacy Policy.

## 5. Staff Accounts
### 5.1 Staff Account Access
Staff accounts are provided to authorized Lunchbox Hub employees and contractors. Staff accounts have different permissions and access levels based on their role:
– **Admin**: Full access to all features
– **Warehouse Staff**: Meal status update permissions
– **Delivery Personnel**: Meal status update permissions
### 5.2 Staff Responsibilities
If you are a staff member, you agree to:
– Use the Service only for authorized business purposes
– Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
– Not share your account with unauthorized persons
– Report any security incidents or data breaches immediately
– Comply with all company policies and procedures

## 6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
### 6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
– Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
– Impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
– Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

– The exact timing of meal preparation or delivery
– That status updates will be received in real-time
– That all meals will be successfully delivered
– The accuracy of delivery timestamps
### 7.3 Notifications
You may receive push notifications about meal status updates. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings. We are not responsible for:
– Notification delivery failures
– Delayed notifications
– Notifications not received due to device settings or network issues

– All meals will be successfully delivered
– Notifications will be delivered promptly
### 10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNCHBOX HUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
– Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
– Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
– Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
– Damages resulting from meal delivery issues or delays
– Any errors or omissions in meal status information
### 10.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunchbox Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

### 12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
– Deleting the mobile application from your device

– Using the account deletion feature in the app (if available)
### 12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
– You violate these Terms
– You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
– You misuse the Service
– We are required to do so by law
– Your account is inactive for an extended period
### 12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
– Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
– We may delete your account and associated data
– You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination
– Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.
